Dominicé Strengthens Its Real Estate Department with Three New Talents

,

To support the continued growth of its real estate activities and the development of its two Swiss real estate funds, Dominicé is strengthening its Real Estate department by further specialising its portfolio management, asset management, project management and finance & controlling functions, in order to meet the demands of an increasingly complex institutional environment.

This evolution reflects a clear commitment to maintaining a high standard of management, value creation and investor relations.

Massimo Durante – Real Estate Asset Manager

Massimo Durante joins the team as Asset Manager, with the primary mission of contributing to value creation across the portfolio’s assets. He is involved in particular in the operational management of buildings, coordination with external property managers, leasing strategies and rental negotiations.

With over fifteen years of experience in real estate management in French-speaking Switzerland, Massimo has held several positions of responsibility, notably at Livit, where he was Group Manager and a member of the management team in Lausanne.

Holder of the federal diploma in real estate property management, he has deep expertise in property management and an excellent knowledge of the rental market. Recognised for his interpersonal skills and hands-on approach, Massimo brings a highly operational dimension to the team and places particular importance on relationships with tenants and partners.

Tiphaine Boudart – Finance & Controlling Manager

Tiphaine Boudart joins the Real Estate team to strengthen the finance and controlling functions, as well as sustainability and ESG reporting topics, in a cross-functional role within the organisation. She is involved in particular in fund financial monitoring, regulatory reporting processes, and the structuring and analysis of ESG data.

Prior to joining Dominicé, Tiphaine spent several years at PwC, where she was a Senior Manager in audit within the asset management and real estate sectors. There, she led audit engagements for fund directors, asset managers and various real estate investment vehicles.

A graduate with a Master’s in management and audit from SKEMA Business School, Tiphaine brings solid financial and regulatory expertise alongside strong analytical rigour. Curious and committed, she particularly appreciates environments where financial, regulatory and strategic topics intersect, and contributes to strengthening the structure and transparency of the department’s processes.

Mathias Florimont – Real Estate Project Manager

Mathias Florimont joins the team to strengthen development and project management activities, with a central role in overseeing value enhancement and development projects across the real estate portfolio.

A civil engineer by training, Mathias has solid experience in real estate project management and construction supervision. Prior to joining Dominicé, he worked at CBRE, where he led complex real estate projects on behalf of investors and project owners, including large-scale mixed-use developments and energy renovation projects.

His background gives him a comprehensive view of the full lifecycle of a real estate project, from the study phase through to delivery. Solution-oriented and recognised for his coordination skills, Mathias makes it a point of pride to bring all project stakeholders together effectively in order to ensure its success.

A Structured Team Built to Support Growth

These appointments concretely strengthen Dominicé’s ability to create value across its assets, improve the quality of its reporting and handle increasingly complex operations.

As Diego Reyes, Senior Fund Manager, highlights:

“Our goal is to build a strong and complementary team, capable of sustainably supporting the development of our funds while preserving a strong entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. The arrival of Tiphaine, Massimo and Mathias is fully in line with this dynamic.”
