Dominicé Swiss Property Fund

DSPF is a listed fund investing in residential real estate across French-speaking Switzerland, aiming to deliver stable and sustainable returns for investors.

The portfolio is composed primarily of properties located in attractive urban centers, selected for their construction quality, prime locations, and resilience to economic cycles.

Managed by an experienced, multidisciplinary team, the fund follows a defensive investment strategy focused on income-generating residential buildings with strong value-creation potential. Active management includes continuous renovation, densification, and enhancement of the assets to secure sustainable income growth.

The objective is to generate risk-adjusted, positive, and stable returns in Swiss francs while preserving capital against inflation.

Real Estate SICAV

TrustStone Real Estate SICAV is an unlisted fund investing primarily in French-speaking Switzerland, combining the stability of residential income with the higher yield potential of the commercial sector.

The portfolio is composed of assets located mainly in attractive urban centers, selected for their quality, strategic location, and value-creation potential.

The objective of TrustStone is to generate sustainable, risk-adjusted returns through a balanced portfolio that combines resilience with value-creation opportunities.

Head of Real Estate

Diego Reyes a rejoint Dominicé en 2021 et dirige l’activité immobilière de la société. Il est responsable de la stratégie, des investissements et de la gestion des fonds immobiliers suisses de Dominicé. Il dirige l’équipe Real Estate, siège au comité d’investissement immobilier et joue un rôle clé dans le développement de la plateforme immobilière et de ses véhicules d’investissement.

Fort de plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans l’immobilier suisse, Diego a exercé pendant plus de dix ans chez Solvalor Fund Management avant de rejoindre Dominicé, où il a occupé les fonctions de Directeur administratif et financier, puis de Responsable du fonds immobilier Solvalor 61. Il y a développé une solide expertise en investissement immobilier suisse, en structuration et gestion de fonds ainsi qu’en analyse financière. Il a débuté sa carrière au sein des sociétés de gestion immobilière Livit AG Real Estate Management, puis de Rham SA à Lausanne.

Diego est titulaire d’un diplôme en économie et commerce, d’un certificat en gestion d’entreprise ainsi que d’un certificat en immobilier délivré par l’Union suisse des professionnels de l’immobilier (USPI). En 2025 et 2026, il a été nommé parmi les « 100 têtes de l’immobilier suisse » par IMMOBILIEN Business.

Tiphaine Boudart
Real Estate Finance & Controlling Manager

Tiphaine Boudart joined Dominicé in 2026 as Real Estate Finance & Controlling Manager.

Prior to joining Dominicé, Tiphaine spent ten years in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specialized in asset management and, in particular, real estate funds. She developed extensive expertise in the financial, accounting and regulatory frameworks governing real estate investment vehicles.

Tiphaine holds a Master’s degree in Audit, Management Control and Information Systems from SKEMA Business School.

Michel Dominicé
Partner, CEO
Michel Dominicé

Michel Dominicé, PhD, founded Dominicé Asset Management in 2003 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into an independent Swiss asset manager specializing in Swiss real estate investment solutions and wealth management, while building on a long-standing expertise in alternative investments. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the Real Estate Investment Committee.

Prior to founding Dominicé, Michel was Head of the US and Global Equity team at Lombard Odier in Geneva, where he oversaw CHF 2 billion in equity investments. He began his career in research roles at international financial institutions in Geneva, London, New York and Hong Kong.

Michel holds a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen. He completed his doctoral research on monetary policy while working at the National Bank of Romania.

Massimo Durante
Real Estate Asset Manager

Massimo Durante joined Dominicé’s real estate team as Real Estate Asset Manager in 2026.

Prior to joining Dominicé, Massimo gained more than 18 years of experience with several leading property management companies in French-speaking Switzerland, including Bernard Nicod SA, Naef Immobilier SA, Apleona Real Estate SA and Livit SA. During this time, he developed extensive expertise in the management of commercial real estate assets and the enhancement of real estate portfolios. Passionate about tenancy law, he also teaches at SVIT School, where he helps train the next generation of real estate professionals.

Massimo holds a Swiss Federal Certificate in Property Management and a Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Administration.

Mathias Florimont
Real Estate Project Manager

Mathias Florimont joined Dominicé in 2025 as Real Estate Project Manager. He is responsible for managing development and renovation projects across Dominicé’s real estate funds, with a particular focus on enhancing the portfolio and ensuring its long-term sustainability.

Prior to joining Dominicé, Mathias held senior roles in the construction and real estate sectors, where he managed numerous complex projects, ranging from the construction of high-end residential developments to the planning and development of new urban districts.

Mathias holds an engineering degree in Civil Engineering from INSA Strasbourg.

Marie Lemaître
Portfolio Manager

Marie Lemaître joined Dominicé in 2023 and is a Portfolio Manager within the firm’s Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Dominicé, Marie was responsible for the financial management of a real estate portfolio at an asset manager specializing in non-residential properties. Previously, she worked at CBRE, where she specialized in the valuation of investment properties and real estate development projects. She began her career in audit and controlling at PwC and Rolex.

Marie holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Management Control and Finance from HEC Lausanne and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the Geneva Institute of Real Estate Studies (IEI).

François Lemercier
Real Estate Project Manager

François joined Dominicé in 2025 as Real Estate Project Manager. He is responsible for the development and renovation projects across Dominicé’s real estate funds, with a particular focus on ESG initiatives and the performance of the portfolio.

Prior to joining Dominicé, François held senior roles at Losinger Marazzi, CBRE and M3 Real Estate, where he managed numerous complex real estate development projects.

François holds an engineering degree in Environment, Housing and Energy from the École des Hautes Études d’Ingénieur (HEI Lille).

Fabrice Morel
Real Estate Asset Manager

Fabrice Morel joined Dominicé in 2022 as a Real Estate Asset Manager. He is responsible for the asset management of properties held by Dominicé’s Swiss real estate funds, with a focus on enhancing asset value, optimising performance and supporting their long-term development.

Prior to joining Dominicé, Fabrice spent more than 17 years at de Rham SA in Lausanne, where he held various positions, progressing from Property Manager to Team Leader. During this time, he managed institutional real estate portfolios and advised property owners on the management and value enhancement of their assets, with a particular focus on optimising rental income and monitoring portfolio performance.

Fabrice holds the Swiss Federal Diploma as a Property Manager, as well as the Immo-Capital certificate, further strengthening his expertise in real estate asset management and value creation.

Aiste Ortiz
Business Development

Aiste Ortiz leads Investor Relations and Business Development at Dominicé. A member of the Executive Committee and the Real Estate Investment Committee, she is responsible for the firm’s capital raising, investor relations and business development strategy, playing a key role in the company’s growth and strategic development.

Prior to joining Dominicé in 2011, Aiste was an Equity Derivatives and Structured Products Specialist at Bloomberg, where she led the business development and implementation of equity derivatives solutions in Switzerland. She began her career in Société Générale’s Cross Asset Solutions division, working in New York and later in Montreal.

Aiste holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Finance and Insurance from ESSEC Business School in Paris.

Martin Spreng
Investor Relations Manager

Martin Spreng joined Dominicé’s Investor Relations team in 2023. He is responsible for investor relations, business development and marketing of Dominicé’s funds. He is part of the Investment Committee of the Real Estate Fund.

Before joining Dominicé, Martin Spreng worked at an asset management firm specializing in tail-hedging strategies and fintech solutions, where he was responsible for the company’s strategic and business development. He began his career in Geneva as a trader and advisor in fixed income, structured products, and private debt. Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree from HEC Lausanne and a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich.
