Dominicé Asset Management SA announces its collaboration with Fundim SA, a Lausanne-based company specialising in real estate investment and development, through the REALITIM Sociétés en Commandite de Placements collectifs (SCmPC), LPCC investment vehicles dedicated to real estate development in Switzerland.
This collaboration broadens Dominicé’s real estate offering by giving its qualified investors access to Swiss real estate development opportunities, with a value-creation approach that complements its existing real estate strategies.
Access to Swiss real estate development
REALITIM IV will invest in a diversified portfolio of development projects across Switzerland, with a particular focus on Western Switzerland and the Lake Geneva region.
The strategy targets land and properties with development or redevelopment potential. It aims to create value throughout the development cycle, from securing building rights and permits to transformation, repositioning and construction.
Fundim, which specialises in Swiss real estate development, manages the REALITIM investment vehicles.
