Our
Principles
The investment principles that we have set for our private clients are of fundamental importance to us:
- We maintain a long-term view of the global economy when designing investment portfolio.
- We follow a rigorous quantitative process to mitigate behavioral bias that impairs decision-making in the investment world.
- We constantly search for quality assets and investment opportunities that are fundamentally sound.
- With every investment, we thoroughly assess and manage broad market risks.
Performance Meets Risk Management
Our ability to balance performance and risk management is at the heart of our investment success. We add value in three ways:
- Investment Expertise: we capitalize on our years of experience to design and manage high-quality, specialized investment strategies.
- Asset Allocation: we have developed an in-house proprietary indicators to determine when to overweight or underweight equities.
- Risk Management: we have the expertise and infrastructure to provide comprehensive risk assessment and propose bespoke hedging programs.

Comprehensive Wealth Structuring for Sophisticated Investors
Lump-sum tax residents in Switzerland are often required to manage two competing priorities: limiting their exposure to Swiss assets to avoid increasing their taxable base under the control calculation, while maintaining sufficient economic ties to Switzerland to support the recognition of their tax residency by foreign authorities.
Our investment solutions are designed to address this specific context. Listed Swiss real estate funds offer stable income in Swiss francs, inflation protection through indexed rental contracts, and gradual capital appreciation. The tax treatment—where income is taxed at the fund level—helps avoid double taxation and limits the impact on the investor’s Swiss-source taxable base.
We support private clients, tax advisors, and family offices in identifying appropriate investment strategies that balance performance, fiscal efficiency, and regulatory considerations. Our offering includes both Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and tailored co-investment opportunities.
