As reported last month, according to my methodology, half of our corporates have reached or surpassed their intrinsic value. So has Mr. Market become Mad Max, the post-apocalyptic action hero stranded in the Australian desert at the hands of Aunty Entity, aka ruthless central bankers?  In other words, “out of the ruins, out of the wreckage” of 2008/9, hopefully “we can’t make the same mistakes this time and I wonder when we are ever gonna change”. With Mad Max, aka Mr. Market, “living under the fear, till nothing else remains” and slowly but surely turning to greed mode, “we don’t need another hero, we don’t need to know the way home”.  All we want is life beyond Aunty Entity’s massive quantitative easing and hyper-low interest rates and their consequences. “All we want is life beyond the Thunderdome”. Yes, we want to be safe.

But what’s going on right now in the Thunderdome? All lights are green, the economy is doing well and so is even the Eurozone. As a consequence, Mr. Mad Max Market, is starting to feel super at ease and TINA to equities? But who on earth is Tina? 

There Is No Alternative to equities.
